The objective of the Fire Safety Audit services is to review the existing development/building, establish the compliance to regulations, adequacy of provisions, and recommend areas of improvement with respect to code compliance and operation. Premises managed by public, commercial or voluntary organizations, which present the highest risk, will be audited and inspected on a more frequent basis. Premises considered to be lower risk will be audited primarily in response to complaints, following incidents or on a random basis.
